Welcome to Village Cat Clinic

The Village Cat Clinic in Ancaster Ontario is one of two clinics in the Hamilton area that is entirely devoted to the care of cats – the other being our partner clinic: The Cat Clinic in Hamilton. We recognize that those who own cats love them and understand that in order to keep their cats healthy, they need regular check-ups and of course the odd intervention when they simply aren't feeling well.

Most cat owners realize how stressful it is for their cats to travel and enter into a veterinary clinic. That stress is compounded if there are dogs or other animals present. That's why the Village Cat Clinic is so important. Our environment is stress-free and we cater only to cats. More importantly, the staff at the Village Cat Clinic specializes in feline medicine. Our principal veterinarian, Dr. Liz O'Brien, is a board certified feline specialist and there are only 3 others in Canada!

The Village Cat Clinic offers a full range of medical services including surgery, ultra-sound, x-ray, intensive care, dentistry, behavioural counselling and much more. We also offer a House Calls service. If you are unable to bring your cat to us, we can come to you! Our mobile unit can provide Physical Exams, Diagnostic Services, Vaccinations, Blood Work, Behaviour consults, Fluid Therapy and Euthanasia among other services.
